Alix Martin -
I have been involved in the area of personal development for over 25 years. My route to doing this work has progressed through a combination of traditional and non-traditional paths. This has included owning several companies. As part of that phase of my life, I was actively involved in the hiring, evaluating, and training of my employees. I found myself increasingly enjoying doing the extensive training that was part of ensuring that they performed to the best of their abilities. After divesting myself of those companies, I chose to follow a path that was becoming more and more important to me..that of personal development training for both individuals as well as companies. I have delighted at working with businesses such as Prestwick Airport, the National Foster Carers Association, The Gateway to Work Programme which was a conduit to train people to re-enter the workforce, Scottish Enterprise, which supported new entrepreneurs, as well as coaching many individuals along their life journey. I am an NLP certified Trainer and Coach.

Johanna Quest -
In my ‘past life’ as a corporate executive within a variety of Fortune 500 companies, I enjoyed the privilege of training many exceptional people in a variety of sales, marketing, human resources and communication disciplines. My area of expertise encompassed working within businesses serving a very diverse group of companies, including computer sciences, nutraceuticals, and  communications . Over the past 20+ years, I have watched what is now considered the personal development/life coaching world unfold, to my great delight..there finally was a name for what I had been doing all this time! I have continued to study, share, and expand my knowledge as well as gathering like - minded people around me so that we can support, encourage and teach each other the methods to achieve successful and happy lives.
